At 941 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. 1 to 1.5 inches of rain has already fallen with much more expected through the rest of the morning. * Some locations that will experience flooding include… Muncie, Anderson, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, New Castle, Winchester, Westfield, Yorktown, Cicero, Pendleton, Fortville, Union City, Chesterfield, Ingalls, Knightstown, Lapel, Edgewood, Daleville and Parker City.
